What If I Need to Cancel?

IF WE MUST CANCEL YOUR TOUR, YOU MAY CHOOSE TO REBOOK YOUR TOUR, RECEIVE A CREDIT OR
FULL REFUND.

A refund can be issued for a tour cancelled up to 72 hours prior to departure, or you can reschedule for a future date. All cancellations must be done by contacting the booking office at 941-500-2990

We retain the right to cancel the tour due to weather at any time, mechanical or behavioral issues. If your tour is cancelled, you will be given an opportunity for a raincheck, rebook, or refund. You will not be given a refund for alcohol related behavioral issues.
