What If I Need to Cancel?

IF WE MUST CANCEL YOUR TOUR, YOU MAY CHOOSE TO REBOOK YOUR TOUR, RECEIVE A CREDIT OR
FULL REFUND.

90 MINUTE or 2 HOUR TOUR

A refund will be issued for a tour cancelled up to 72 hours prior to departure. Credit will be issued for cancellations 48 hours prior to departure.

ANY TOUR CANCELLED WITHIN 24 HOURS NOTICE WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

We retain the right to cancel the tour due to weather at any time, mechanical or behavioral issues. If your tour is cancelled, you will be given an opportunity for a raincheck, rebook, or refund. You will not be given a refund for alcohol related behavioral issues.
